OUR STORY

In 2021, during the COVID lock down, Livecommerce Entertainment was set up to acquire the business & brand assets the luxury e-commerce platform REEBONZ & operate live stream brand channel KAKIKAKILIVE . We successfully rode the trend of live stream shopping and entertainment.

In 2024 we evolved into a B2B2C platform connecting brands to live streamers Our goal is to empower KOLs, influencers and Brands to start Live streaming. We believe the convergence of Live streaming , social commerce and Generative AI will create a $100B opportunity in Asia. In 2025 we further expanded by acquiring live streaming software business – UPMESH.io- and expanded our reach to support more than 200 live stream groups by supplying new brands , international live streaming tours and our e-commerce value added services

We have also launched our B2B business solutions arm : AIAvatars.com for AI short video content creation. Our goal is to empower SMEs and companies to adopt generative AI to improve training productivity, increase sales and marketing engagement ,as well improve corporate and investor communications with personalised AI avatars. We believe every company will create their very own AI avatar as their corporate brand ambassador.
